Welcome to Streamy. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Streamy platform. By using Streamy, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Streamy, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using Streamy on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Use of the Service

Streamy provides a discovery platform for Twitch and Kick streamers. You may browse profiles, connect your own accounts, and use optional paid features to boost visibility. You agree to use Streamy only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and platform policies.

3. Accounts and Content

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any content you submit. You retain ownership of your content, but grant Streamy a limited license to display, process, and distribute it as necessary to operate the service.

4. Payments

Optional paid features, such as boosts, are processed through our payment partners. All purchases are final unless otherwise required by law. Prices are displayed before checkout and may change from time to time.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Streamy at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the platform.
